To Be Ambitious is a peer community designed for women who value thoughtful conversation, shared learning, and connection with others at a similar stage.
It exists for those who are navigating growth, change, or expansion and want to be in rooms where context is understood and conversation can go deeper without performance or positioning.
TBA is not a coaching program, a personal development space, or a tactics-based community. It is designed for exchange rather than instruction, and for connection rather than direction.
THE INTENTION
The intention behind TBA is simple:
to create rooms where women can think together.
Many women reach a point where traditional spaces no longer fit. They don’t need to be taught what to do or told what’s possible. They want perspective, dialogue, and the ability to learn from others who are carrying similar levels of responsibility and experience.
TBA was created to meet that need.
HOW TBA WORKS
In-person gatherings prioritize shared dialogue and peer exchange, without speakers or formal presentations. Virtual salons center on specific topics, introduced by a presenter and opened up for group discussion.
Across all formats, the emphasis is the same:

About the founder
To Be Ambitious was founded by Emily Williams.
Emily has spent years creating and facilitating spaces for women navigating growth, responsibility, and change. Through this work, she has seen how impactful the right room can be — particularly when it is held with intention, clarity, and care.
Her role within TBA is to curate the community, shape the experiences, and protect the culture so the space remains grounded, thoughtful, and peer-led.
