Happening in London, UK on 17 April 2026

You Don’t Need More Information. You Need the Right Room.

This isn't a conference. It's not networking. And it's definitely not about sitting in rows listening to speakers.

It's a private TBA salon — designed for women who are already successful and are craving the kind of honest, high-trust conversation that just doesn't happen in most rooms.

We talk strategy, yes.  But we also talk about the quieter stuff: leadership, money, direction, the decisions you've been circling, and the things you're carrying that you don't post about. The conversations that feel too real for social media and too important to skip.
This salon is for women who:

  • have outgrown surface-level conversation
  • want space to actually think, without the noise
  • value real perspective and peer dialogue over another framework
  • are ready to make the moves they've been sitting on

You'll leave with clarity, grounded perspective, and a stronger sense of what you're stepping into — and what you're finally ready to let go.

"If you want something at a higher level where you can let your guard down and be really honest, you’ll find it here.”

Lisa Johnson, 8-Figure Business Owner

“I went on to have a $3.5m launch and am now clearer on where I want to go next. I’d highly recommend working with them.”

Lisa Johnson, Passive Income Expert

This room attracts women who are already capable, accomplished, and discerning. There's no pitching. No pretending. No performing.

The room is intentionally curated so that real conversation can unfold naturally — among peers who are similar in experience and in the kind of ambition that doesn't need an audience.

Confidentiality isn't a formality here. All attendees sign an NDA so the space can stay open, honest, and completely off the record.

You’re not coming just to be inspired...

This salon is intentionally curated to create a meaningful, spacious, and aligned room. The questions below help ensure the experience is the right fit for you and that the room is shaped with intention.

I'm Emily Williams, and I created the London Private Salon after years of being part of coaching-led masterminds and communities.

At a certain point, what I wanted most wasn’t more guidance — it was to be in the right room with women who understood the level of responsibility and ambition I was carrying.

To Be Ambitious was created to offer that kind of space: peer-led, grounded, and rooted in real conversation rather than performance.
